Migration Risk Analysis Toolkit

Our Excel 2007 / Excel 2010 migration risk analysis toolkit is a thorough Excel workbook investigation tool. It performs a cell by cell analysis of every used cell in the workbook and every line of VBA code. The tool reports in two ways; a traffic-light management summary and a very detailed consultants’ list with details of every link, reference, worksheet, function, chart, pivot, module, named range and error.  The toolkit extends its analysis to any available linked workbooks, and includes a list of known upgrade issues.

 

 

 

 

The Toolkit gives a management summary (shown) plus detailed specifications and workbook metrics that are used by our analysts to ascertain the workbook’s key functionality, strengths and weaknesses. By cross-referencing this data with details from the automatically referenced linked workbooks, we are able to quickly review departmental and inter departmental workbook hierarchies and structures, and recommend where resources are best allocated.
